(HMG)- She doesn’t call him daddy, but Life & Style reports that 15-year-old Ashley Horn’s birth certificate names Michael Lohan as her father!  Back in 1995 as we previously reported, Ashley’s mother Kristi allegedly had an affair with Michael, when he was separated from his wife Dina Lohan. Michael has denied that he is Ashley’s father when they first came forward back in 2008, but claimed he would take a DNA Test. But he apparently failed to show up for a court hearing back in December 2008, so the judge ruled that he could be added to the birth certificate.   Kristi also claims Michael owes $300,000 in child support, and says of her father:

“I do not trust him, and I don’t want to be around him or part of his life. I could never call Michael Lohan Dad.’ A dad is a person who is there for you and takes care of you.

While Ashley has not meet Lindsay, they are apparently of like mind on their father. Lindsay has fired off a scathing and threatening cease and desist letter to her dad, ordering him to stop selling her personal property, RadarOnline reports.

The troubled starlet accuses her father of attempting to sell excerpts of a hand-written diary she wrote while in drug rehabilitation at Cirque Lodge in Utah, in 2007.

The legal letter, dated the day before Lindsay was released from court-ordered rehab, says she had no idea her father had the diary and she did not give him permission to sell or distribute it.  According to Chapman Holley, Michael’s grab for cash is “shameful” and Lindsay is “appalled” at his move.  All of Michael’s posturing in front of the media about wanting to do what’s right for his daughter becomes meaningless when he’s pulling stuff like this behind the scenes.  Sad for Lindsay that enabling mother Dina is the only parent she can turn to.

(HMG) – Rapper T.I. and his wife Tameka Cottle were nailed late Wednesday night on drug charges after police smelled alleged marijuana coming from their car, authorities said.

Los Angeles sheriff’s deputy Mark Pope said they were arrested on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood during a traffic stop on Wednesday night.

Bail was set for the star – whose real name is Clifford Harris Jr – at $10,000.  T.I. and Cottle have two children together, but were just married in a secret Miami ceremony one month ago,

TI, who stars in the box office movie Takers, was released from a federal prison in Arkansas in December, where he served several months for illegally possessing firearms, and is still on probation.

(HMG) – Richard Gere is getting older, but don’t tell him he needs a stuntman. The 61-year-old dislocated his shoulder filming a fight scene in new thriller “The Double,” causing filming to stop for six weeks. Gere was shooting the scene with British actor Tamer Hassan, who made headlines earlier this year when he was involved in a real-life fight with fellow hard-man actor Vinnie Jones. Despite his injury, Gere is adamant he wants to continue with the physical scenes instead of relying on a body double, according to his co-star Tamer Hassan.

He tells London’s Daily Telegraph, “We had been rehearsing for four weeks every night and Richard was great, but he had a problem with his shoulder.

“I said, ‘Look Richard, just slip in where you can’. But, oh no, not Richard, he went: ‘I want to do it’. He did it and dislocated his shoulder.

“The production was shut down for six weeks because of Richard’s shoulder and I just got told on Monday that he is going to come back and do it himself again. So fair play to him, and he looks as beautiful as he always did.”

The Double is set for release next year.

(HMG) – Talk about a hot momma! Acting and looking like a teenager, Demi Moore, 47, proudly took photos of herself in a tiny bikini and posted them up on her Twitter page for the whole world to see.

Posing provocatively in her bathroom wearing the skimpy two-piece and shades, the mother-of-three used her iPhone to take the photographs.

Demi wrote: “Finally a day off,” along with a link to the sexy photos. “Maybe this is more like summer!”

Kutcher fired back:“I think Star magazine calling me a ‘cheater’ qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees,” he wrote on his Twitter page Wednesday.

“STAR magazine – you don’t get to stand behind ‘freedom of the press’ when you are writing fiction.”

(HMG) – Author Besma Lahouri  is set to release a book of “explosive revelations” about the love life of French First Lady Carla Bruni-Sarkozy this month sees. The book  kept under lock and key at the offices of Flammarion, a Paris publishing house, is so controversial publishers haven’t even leaked the title.  Author Lahouri, known for a popular biography of French soccer player Zinedine Zidane, is in hiding while security guards protect the book.  The expose apparently focuses on Bruni-Sarkozy’s secret lovers, plastic surgeons, and obsession with fame and money. The first lady famous had many rock star and rich guy ex-boyfriends including English rock stars Mick Jagger and Eric Clapton, and declared just before her marriage to French President Nicolas Sarkozy that “monogamy bores me.”   Bruni, has been in the headlines of late after Iranian accusations that she is a ‘prostitute’ who ‘deserves to die’ for supporting an Iranian woman sentenced to death by stoning for adultery.

The 28-year old Angelino welcomed a baby girl on Tuesday, along with her boyfriend Marty Coyle. And they’ve named her Beatrix.

“Jodie was amazing and is doing great,” Marty told People. “We’re now the proud parents of Miss Beatrix Carlin Sweetin Coyle.”

Beatrix – whom the couple just call ‘Bea’ – is Jodie’s second child;  She also has a 2-year old daughter, Zoie, from her brief three-year marriage to Cody. The new sister tips the scales at a healthy 7 lbs. 4 oz.

“We’re already madly in love with Bea, and are so grateful for the support from our family and friends.” the new parents told reporters. “And we can’t wait for her big sister, Zoie to meet her.”

Babies are a 24/7 job, but Jodie managed one final night of peace and enjoyment before Bea arrived when she joined former ‘Full House’ co-star, John Stamos for his star-studded birthday indulgence on Aug. 19.

But since yesterday’s happy event, even Jodie’s Twitter account has gone silent – which is no big surprise.

Cody took her to court in 2008 for failing to raise their child correctly. Let’s hope she’s learned and will do right with Bea…
