(HMG) – My buddies at Star Magazine have really outdone themselves for this weeks cover story. Apparently unable or underfunded to get their own exclusive Tiger Woods harlot to spill the beans on yet another affair, they got creative to jump on the bandwagon. I often picture those Star brainstorming sessions, and this was one must have been a real doozy.  Star’s angle is that while those other newspapers and magazines have linked Woods with cocktail waitresses, models and escorts, they have “a celebrity A-list name” in Tiger’s little black book to add into the mix, none other then Jessica Simpson.

Well letting the A-List reference go without snickering too much, the story goes that just days before Jessica’s split with Tony Romo, she had “a sizzling meeting with the fallen golf star at the AT&T National Pro-Am golf tournament in Bethesda, Md.”  Jessica was following the golf superstar around because Tony was Tiger’s golf partner at the July tournament.

“Tiger liked what he saw and let her know it,” a source tells Star.”

Well Jessica does seem to be Tiger’s type so I will give them that one.

The story goes that since Jessica had been fighting with Tony, she flirted right back at Tiger and afterward phone numbers were exchanged so the black book part of the story could be true.  You’ll have to buy this weeks Star Magazine (or take a peek while your in the cashiers line) to see if this story has a happy ending but the tabloid promises to share ‘the sizzling pictures and the hottest chapter yet in this unfolding saga.’  I just hope this story doesn’t ruin Jessica’s chance for true love with Billy Corgan.
