A rep for Mischa Barton is giving “The Insider” an update about the actress’ condition since she was hospitalized last week. Her rep tells “The Insider” that Barton is “still seeking treatment but making improvements.” The 23-year-old former star of “The O.C.” will return to work on the new CW series “The Beautiful Life” later this month, her rep tells us.
